Deviant Chairlesque is unique and our style is exclusive to our brand. This unapologetic dance style can sometimes be flirty and sassy, but the choreography can also be raw and therapeutic depending on the routine. Movements transition from slow & lingering to sharp & sensual. This class is a catalyst to discovering your hidden potential, channeling your alter ego & finding empowerment through movement.

Deviant combines their dance expertise and urban edge to deliver a highly addictive cardio dance class. This class has stylized, sequenced choreography with repetitive movements which makes it easy to follow along. This class mixes both low- and high-intensity moves for an interval-style experience that caters to all dance levels. This class is hip-hop heavy and contains explicit music content.
Deconstructed is the technical backbone of our cardio dance genre.

Learn musicality to predict changes in the music; develop proper form to protect your body from harm and utilize techniques that will help you discover your hidden potential and slay the dance floor. Beginner Level

Beginner Silks is an introductory aerial arts class focused on learning the fundamental skills of climbing, wrapping, inverting, and locking on aerial silks, designed for individuals with no prior experience, where you will gradually build strength and coordination by practicing basic moves like climbs, foot locks, and simple inversions, all while prioritizing proper technique and safety in a supportive environment.
* Though our studio has spacious vaulted ceilings, we do not have the adequate height to execute drops safely. No drops will be taught in this class.
In Silks, you will be required to...
- hang upside down from your limbs & pull up from this position.
- perform skills while suspended in midair.
- use total body strength to transition between postures.
No jewelry, perfumes, or lotions are allowed on the silks.
Pole is our wild outlet.

An intro to pole dance fitness! Students will learn beginner level holds, spins, climbs, and inversions. We will complete a series of short routines and choreography. The class will be physically challenging but a lot of fun, and a fantastic total body workout for all ages, body types, and athletic abilities.
Pole Dancing requires moderate core and upper body strength
In Pole, you will be required to...
- use strength to rotate around a spinning pole.
- support yourself in various upper body and lower body holds.
- build new muscle memory over time.
Level 1 - Absolute Beginners and members who want to continue learning basic fundamentals
Level 2+
- Advanced skills class for members who have graduated to level 2 or more. All members must be assessed and placed by a Deviant instructor into the appropriate level to attend this class.

INSTRUCTOR: Liv Coloton
Lyra is a classic and dynamic hoop apparatus. This class covers foundational skills that can be used to build upon and translate to other specialty classes. Beginners will build stamina and poise as we progress through more challenging skills and choreography. Basic skills begin with mounts, dismounts, hangs, and spins that become progressively more challenging as we learn transitions and short combinations that naturally develop along with body control, coordination, and strength.
