CARDIO DANCE (formerly Dance Fitness)

Lisa combines her dance expertise and NYC edge to deliver a highly addictive cardio dance class. This class feels less like exercise and more like a ritualistic celebration of movement. Her stylized choreography is formulaic and repetitive which makes it easy to follow and find your groove. This class mixes both low- and high-intensity moves for an interval-style experience that caters to all dance levels. This class is hip-hop heavy and contains EXPLICIT music content and extreme booty shakin' that may not be suitable for everyone.

Offered Mon & Thurs at 5:45pm, Sat at 10am

& Sunday at 10am as part of our Soleful Sunday class

 This instructional class is the backbone of our Cardio Dance genre. It was designed to offer basic fundamental dance knowledge to the dance fitness community.  Learn musicality to predict changes in the music; develop proper form to protect your body from harm and utilize techniques that will help you discover your hidden potential and slay the dance floor. During this class, we value personal growth and nurture individual progress.

DEVIANT CHAIRLESQUE (Beginner & Intermediate)

Deviant Chairlesque is a multifaceted dance experience that celebrates self-expression and embodies self-love. It's art. It's expressive, and it's unapologetic. Our chair choreography can sometimes be flirty and sassy to empower your debaucherous nature, but it can also be raw and therapeutic depending on the routine.  Deviant Chairlesque is powerful as it expands from slow, lingering movements to sharp, sensual poses. This class is a catalyst to discovering your hidden potential, channeling your alter ego & finding empowerment through movement.

Beginner Chair Series - Mondays at 7pm or Saturdays at 11:15am

Intermediate Chair Series - Thursdays at 7pm

An intro to pole dance fitness! Students will learn beginner level holds, spins, climbs, and inversions. We will complete a series of short routines and choreography. The class will be physically challenging but a lot of fun, and a fantastic total body workout for all ages, body types, and athletic abilities.


*An Intermediate Level Pole class is also available for experienced individuals.

OPEN Pole/Lyra - Saturdays at 11:15am


Students will master new aerial skills on the spinning Lyra/Aerial Hoop, a classic and dynamic apparatus. We will cover foundational skills that can be used to build upon and translate to other specialty classes. Beginners will build stamina and poise as we progress through more challenging skills and choreography.  Basic skills begin with mounts, dismounts, hangs, and spins that become progressively more challenging as we learn transitions and short combinations that naturally develop along with body control, coordination, and strength.

Beginner Lyra Series - Mondays or Thursdays at 7pm or Sundays at 11:15am

OPEN Pole/Lyra - Saturdays at 11:15am

As well as our regular class offerings, we host a variety of Special Event classes and Spotlight classes. Spotlight classes give local dancers the opportunity to grow our Syracuse Arts community through instruction. These classes cover a wide range of disciplines and are taught by new & established instructors.
