What to expect

This class requires moderate core & upper body strength.

Beginner Level

Students will perform poses and transitionswhile suspended in midair.

Aerial Silks is a dynamic aerial art form that combines strength, flexibility, grace, and creativity using two lengths of fabric suspended from the ceiling. Students learn climbs, wraps, poses, inversions, drops, and flowing sequences while developing full-body strength, coordination, body awareness, and confidence. Whether you're drawn to the athletic challenge or the artistic expression, silks offers a rewarding way to explore movement from an entirely new perspective while literally taking your training to new heights.
