You can only get on the waitlist using the Spaces by wix mobile app. If you do not have the app, you can message us and we will send you an invite code. Download the app and login to your account. Choose Schedule on the top and then pick the class you would like to book or be waitlisted for. TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS to learn if a spot has opened up and is now available to book. You will have 30 minutes to book before the spot opens up to another member.
For single classes, you must cancel 4-hours in advance. No-Shows and cancellations made within the 4-hour period will be charged for the class. For series classes (where you book multiple classes at once) and special event classes, you must cancel within 24-hours.
We now have a strict sign-in procedure. There will be no late admittance. If you are late, you will not be allowed to enter the studio and you will be charged for the class.
Cancellation fees are waived for GOLD TRIBE MEMBERS only if you contact us to cancel before check-in.
Deviant Dance Tribe reserves the right to cancel class for any reason. If your class is canceled by Deviant Dance Tribe, you will receive a refund.
Regarding all refunds, If you paid with PayPal or used a credit card with square, those refunds are handled manually and require 3-4 buisness days to process. I you paid using a payment plan, your punch card will be automatically credited at the time of cancellation.
