What to expect

Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced classes available.

You must be assigned a level by an instructor for higher level classes.

This class requires moderate core & upper body strength.

Pole is our wild outlet for strength, confidence, and self-expression. Classes will cover grips, climbs, shapes, tricks, and beginner choreography in a supportive environment designed for all body types and experience levels. Challenging, empowering, and wildly fun, this class builds both muscle and confidence from the ground up.

Prepare for Class
  • Wear shorts and athletic wear that allows skin contact with the pole

  • Remove all jewelry before class

  • Do not apply lotion or oils to your skin on the day of class

Class Levels

To help ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, students must receive instructor approval before attending the advanced class. If you're unsure which level is right for you, speak with an instructor and we'll help place you in the class that best matches your current skills and experience.

1st Class
Beginner

New to pole? Start here. You will learn foundational pole techniques including basic grips, walks, spins, transitions, body positioning, and floorwork.

Level 1 & 2
Intermediate

You will work on spins, climbs, transitions, conditioning, beginner inversions, flow, and short combinations while improving control and movement quality.

Level3+
Advanced

You will train advanced inversions, extended aerial combinations, complex transitions, strength-based skills, and more intricate sequencing. Requires instructor approval.

level 3+
Mastery

Pole Mastery is an advanced pole class for experienced students looking to refine high-level skills and movement quality.

All levels
Combination

 Whether you are brand new to pole or continuing your training, this class offers an opportunity to build skills, challenge yourself, and continue progressing in your pole journey.
