Her classes are encouraging, upbeat, and judgment-free, creating a welcoming environment where students can challenge themselves, celebrate their progress, and have fun along the way. Outside the studio, Liz is a business owner and dedicated parent who understands the importance of balance, perseverance, and self-expression. She believes in the power of movement to build confidence, foster connection, and empower individuals at every stage of their journey. Through her teaching, Liz encourages students to embrace their accomplishments, trust their abilities, and enjoy the process of growth both on and off the pole.
