KATE LOVELL & ALLISON ZWIER - THE HYPNOTIST & HYPONOTIST'S DAUGHTER

Kate Lovell has been a dancer since the very first year she could at the age of 3. She spent her grade school years learning at Creative Dance Arts in Clifton Park, NY and performing with her high school dance team. She found a home in Del Sarte, her college’s dance club, for her undergraduate and graduate degrees. 

After moving to Syracuse and starting her career in higher education, Kate longed for long days back in the studio and luckily found Deviant Dance Tribe. She has been taking classes and performing with the Deviants since 2021 and is very excited for her third Thinning of the of the Veil, which just so happens to be her best friend’s Veil debut. 

Allison Anthony Zwier having debuted with the Chair Tribe this summer, Allison is thrilled to be performing in Thinning of the Veil for the first time! With a background in musical theater, Allison was an avid college dancer, and is so thankful to have found such an inclusive, supportive dance community with the Deviants!

She’d like to give a huge thank you to her friends and family for always cheering her on. Another huge thank you goes to Lisa and the Deviants for welcoming her into the performance group this year. One final, special shoutout to her best friend and duet partner Kate Lovell, who she’s been dancing with since 2013.
