ALLISON OWENS & MELODY BUCKO - THE CONJOINED TWINS

Allison Owens has been dancing with the Deviant Dance Tribe for nine incredible years, bringing her signature energy and expression to the tribe. Since joining Performance Chair in 2019, she’s continued to expand her artistry while inspiring others to reignite their passion for dance through her cardio dance fitness classes. A lifelong dancer and naturally animated performer, Allison finds joy in every movement and moment shared with her community. She’s deeply grateful for her husband Nick, and his unwavering support. She couldn’t do all of this without her left leg (you’ll see), dance partner, and best friend Melody Bucko. She also wants to shoutout the vibrant Deviant community who makes every class and show sparkle. Lastly, she wants to extend a special thanks to Dylinn Andrew for perfecting those Amazon wigs that let us live our Zendaya-in-The Greatest Showman dreams, because after all, this is the Greatest Show!

Melody Bucko grew up with a deep love for music and movement, spending years dedicated to dance, musical theater, and competitive cheerleading. She has been a part of Deviant Dance Tribe for over six years, and performing with the Chair Tribe for five. Melody also teaches Cardio Dance Fitness at Deviant, sharing her passion for rhythm and expression with others. She is honored to return for another season of Thinning of the Veil and dancing alongside her best friend, Allison Owens, which feels like second nature—almost as if they’ve been connected from the start. She gives heartfelt thanks to her husband and family for their continued support. Special thanks to Dylinn Andrew for giving our wigs the true star treatment—every strand deserves a standing ovation!
