Silks Level 2

Service Description

Silks Level 2 is designed for students who have developed a strong silks foundation and are ready to progress into more challenging silks techniques and sequencing. You will build on foundational climbs, wraps, inversions, transitions, and aerial combinations while continuing to improve endurance, control, and movement quality. Instructor approval or successful completion of required skills assessment required. Students must test into this level before participating Form-fitting athletic wear that covers the backs of the knees and midriff is recommended Avoid clothing with zippers, buttons, or jewelry that could damage the fabric Remove all jewelry before class
