Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We have a 4-hour cancellation window. Members can cancel and reschedule their class, penalty-free, up to 4 hours before class begins. A late-cancel fee will be incurred, as follows: Unlimited Memberships, including Dabblers - $10 Fee Single Classes & Class Packs - Forfeit a class credit No-call, No-show fee will be incurred, as follows: Unlimited Memberships, including Dabblers - $15 Fee Single Classes & Class Packs - Forfeit a class credit Credit card information is required for all bookings. All charges incur a 3% processing fee, which is already included in our pricing. All members are required to book their spot in class regardless of membership status. When a class is full, you’ll be given the option of joining the waitlist. Waitlist Information:  When a class is full, you’ll be given the option of joining the waitlist. Members do cancel, so many waitlisted members get promoted into the class. All waitlisted members will be notified when a space opens. Promotion into the class is first come, first served.  If you can no longer commit to taking the class, you should remove your name from the waitlist. If you add your name to the waitlist, you should be prepared to take the class. Automatic addition to the class still adheres to our cancellation policy.
