Our chair choreography is flirty and powerful as it expands from slow, lingering movements to sharp, sensual poses. This class utilizes isometric holds for ultimate core strengthening and tackles the technical aspects of dance on and off of the chair. Channel your alter ego or simply find empowerment through movement during this fun dance experience.
