Choreography builds week-to-week.

Wear shorts with bare legs to hug the pole.

Instructor: Niki Patino
Niki is a lifelong gymnast. She was a student and then coach at WestSide Gymnastics School in Syracuse, NY and went on to compete on Syracuse University’s Women’s Gymnastics team. From there she moved onto aerial instruction in Kissimmee, FL and trained at AntiGravity in silks, hammock, and lyra. She brought her personal skills back home to WestSide and taught a mixed aerial apparatus class to kids and adults. To expand her expertise, she became a certified WERQ dance fitness instructor and taught at various YMCA’s in Fayetteville, Manlius, and Kissimmee. This beginner level Pole Dance Fitness class is a creative combination of Niki’s passion for movement, dance, and performance.
